Order Processing: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

Delivery Time: Most orders are delivered within 5–7 days, depending on the delivery location. Delays may occur due to weather, strikes, remote locations, stock availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.

All Storefest India orders are Cash on Delivery (COD). You don't need to make any payment while placing your order. Simply place your order and pay when your package is delivered.

If you are unhappy with the product, please contact us at storefestindia@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery and clearly explain the reason for the return. Please include clear photos/videos of the product and your invoice.
Products must be unused, undamaged and in their original condition/packaging where applicable. Every return request is subject to verification and approval.
